Office Hours & Appointments
Our office is open Monday through friday by appointment only. You may schedule by clicking on “Make an Appointment” on this website. You will receive a confirmation by the next business day.
Appointment Arrival Time
New patients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment to allow our staff to enter all the appropriate information into your account/medical record. Established patients should arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment.
Rescheduling Appointment if Late
Your time is valuable to us and we make every effort to keep appointments on schedule, however, we may need to reschedule the appointment if you arrive 15 minutes or more past your original scheduled time so other patients will not miss their scheduled appointments.
Please call the office or reschedule your appointment online at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. This will allow us to accommodate another patient who needs to be seen. We’ll be happy to help find you another time that fits best for you.
Payments, Insurance & Billing
Palm Valley Primary Care strives to provide quality, personalized evaluations and evidence-based treatment recommendations for our clients, independent of insurance constraints. Payment for services (e.g., consultation, laboratory work, EKG, etc.) is collected at the time of your appointment. We do not bill your insurance company or process any claims for services. If you have private health insurance, you may submit a claim for potential reimbursement. Medicare patients, however, are restricted by Medicare to submit claims for reimbursement.
